General

  • What is Skinwallet?

Skinwallet is a mass-deposit website that allows you to sell CSGO skins in huge numbers instantly. We are specialized in turning your skins and other digital items into cash as fast as possible while still offering the best price among all instant-sell services.

  • How does it work?

To use Skinwallet you need to connect your Steam account and set your inventory to public visibility. Then, simply pick which CSGO skins you want to sell and proceed to a Steam trade. After that, check if the transaction is in order and accept it. The skins will be traded over to one of our bots and your Skinwallet account balance will be updated. You are ready to pay out your cash!

  • Why should I use Skinwallet?

It’s pretty simple. We’re fast and easy – the transfers usually take a couple of minutes, and in tougher cases of regional limitations, you’ll get your money not later than 24 hours after confirming the sale. We’re secure – your transactions are made safe with high system security standards and a clear scam prevention procedure. Finally, we pay the most out of all currently available instant sell services!

  • Can I sell skins for real money?

Yes, that’s the point! Deposit your skins and choose from a solid selection of payment service providers which allow you to collect money to an e-wallet of choice or process your funds to e-currencies.

  • How are skins prices determined on Skinwallet?

We use a special algorithm to calculate the most optimal price we can offer you. All this to provide the fastest skins liquidity to our users among any skin related markets. In general, a skin's price is based on current and historical market data.

The best way to check the exact price you can get for your skins is simply to log into Skinwallet and load your inventory.

The deposit can be done in 3 steps:

    1. Log into Skinwallet.
    2. Set up a skinwallet for trade.
    3. Deposit your skins. Choose what you want to sell.
  • What items can I sell? Can I sell skins from other games?

When it comes to CSGO, you may sell all weapon skins, knife skins, gloves, graffiti, stickers, badges and music kits that meet our price criteria and are not currently blacklisted. Aside from that, we currently also buy Dota 2 cosmetic items, Team Fortress 2 items & skins.

  • What do I need for trading on Skinwallet?

In general, all you need to have to successfully sell CSGO skins for cash through Skinwallet is a Steam account eligible for trading and skins that are tradable. Make sure you have:

    1. Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days.
    2. Valid trade URL, no trade bans, inventory set to public.
    3. Skins that are tradable and over $0.50.
    4. Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator (2FA) enabled for at least 7 days in order to avoid Trade Hold.
  • I can’t sell my skin/item? Why?

There are some items that we do not buy due to the situation on the market, for example, if their price is too low, unstable, etc. These skins are greyed out with a NOT FOR TRADE sign.

Items you have in your inventory but they still have a TRADE HOLD will not be shown on the deposit screen at all, as they cannot be traded yet. Important – we don’t buy keys.

  • How much will I get for my skin?

The best way to check the exact price you can get for your skins is simply to log into Skinwallet and load your inventory.

The deposit can be done in 3 steps:

    1. Log into Skinwallet.
    2. Set up a Skinwallet for trade.
    3. Deposit your skins. Choose what you want to sell.
  • What is Trade Hold?

The Trade Hold is a safety measure introduced by Steam to prevent item theft. After the trade is confirmed, the system checks if you and your trading partner have been using Steam Guard Mobile Authorization Token in the last 7 days. If not, the traded items are held for 15 days to allow you to cancel the trade if you’re suspecting fraud. If you decide to cancel such a trade, your account will be put on Market Hold for the next 7 days, stopping you from posting offers and confirming transactions on the Steam Community Market. For more details consult Steam’s Knowledge Base.

  • Is there a minimum value of skins I can sell?

To keep things fluid, we buy skins and items with a market value of at least $0.50. Additionally, some of the payment methods have a minimum transfer value of $1 (excluding transaction fees), so keep that in mind while depositing items.

  • I can’t load my inventory. Why?

There might be two reasons for this:

    1. Your Steam account’s privacy settings are not set to Public. To change this, go to your Steam profile, click Edit Profile button and enter Privacy Settings. If this doesn’t help, then
    2. Check if Steam servers are working properly. Go to https://steamstat.us/ and check the Inventory status – if it’s anything other than “Normal”, you might be experiencing issues previewing your inventory. This might be due to huge online traffic or some critical error on the side of Steam.

If neither is a problem but you are still experiencing issues with loading the inventory, contact our Support Team.

  • I accidentally deposited my skin, can I get it back?

Once you deposit your item, agree to a transaction and it’s processed, it’s literally impossible for us to return your skins.

  • I was trying to deposit my skin and there's a “not for trade” sign on it. What does it mean?

There is a constantly changing list of skins that we’re unable to buy. The reasons for these might be a suspicion of market manipulation, unstable or too low price, or too big market volume. Try selling them at another time.

  • Where can I find my transaction history?

While you’re logged in, just click the “History” icon at the far left of the main menu.

  • I would like to offer a partnership. What should I do?

Get your online portfolio ready and contact our Support Team – they will forward your message to an available Skinwallet representative.

  • How does the bonus program work?

We have a little percentage bonus for regular users. Your payouts accumulate in a dedicated meter. Once you go beyond a threshold, you receive a permanent increase in payout value.

Payment & Delivery

  • How can I withdraw my money?

Once you’ve deposited your skins and configured preferred payment methods in Settings, click the Payout button, choose the amount to be paid out, choose the payment method and click Process Payout.

  • What is the minimum amount to withdraw?

To process anything out of our system, you need a balance of at least $1. Furthermore, each payment service provider has a different minimum processing value – see the list below:

    • Payeer – $1
    • Payoneer – $21, and you need at least $50 of Payoneer balance to withdraw it to a cash service of choice
    • Airtm – $1

Remember that each of those services has their own fees with further processing, so it’s recommended that you proceed with at least a $1.50 if you want to cash out successfully.

  • How long will I wait for the payment?

When we say fast, we mean fast. In most cases, it takes a couple of minutes. This might be prolonged due to the processing by payment service providers, especially that some of them work differently in different regions. In a worst-case scenario, the money will arrive within 24 hours.

  • I did not receive the money for my skins. What should I do?

First of all – don’t panic. It might just be a matter of an ongoing transfer. If you want to clarify the stage of your transaction, don’t hesitate to contact our Support Team that will provide you with all the necessary information.

  • What if I have made a payout to the wrong account?

You should immediately contact our Support Team. They will check the status of your transaction and assist you further.

We do not have the possibility to cancel payouts for Payeer, and Payoneer payment options. By any chance, if you have wrongly transferred your payment, immediately contact your payment provider and make a refund request.

Before making your payout, please make sure you enter all of this information carefully to avoid any delays and confusion.
